During the Winter Sale we'll be pretty busy so processing your order may take a little longer than usual...but we promise that we'll be frantically running round the warehouse packing orders and getting them in the post to you as quickly as we can! We're aiming to despatch orders within 7 - 10 days at the latest.
Super Speedy Service
Our aim is to deliver your Frugi goods to your door within 5 days of receiving your order. Providing all the items in your order are in stock and “available now” this shouldn’t be too hard for us to do…but, we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for delivery as sometimes the post takes a little longer than anticipated, or we’re extraordinarily busy, or something like that!
One other point…if you live overseas, or if your items are “available in 2 weeks” it’ll take us a little longer to get them to you. But rest assured, we’ll send your order as soon as we possibly can, and keep you up-to-date if there are any problems.
Hassle-Free Returns
We obviously want you to be 'as happy as Larry' when you receive your order, but we know that you might want to send something back. So, if for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days, unworn and with labels attached. We will then send you a replacement or refund your card (you’ll receive a returns form with the order, so if you fill that out and pop it in the parcel when you return it, we’ll know what to do!)
Please note that the carriage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
