OUR SUPPLIERS LOOK AFTER THEIR EMPLOYEES
We not only require our suppliers to uphold legal standards but also encourage them to prioritise the welfare of their employees, communities, and the environment in which they operate.
We require our suppliers to undertake regular independent industry audits such as SMETA and BSCI. This ensures that our suppliers are always working to the best ethical standards.
Our suppliers do not hire, compensate, promote or terminate employment based on race, nationality, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or political membership
Wages must meet industry benchmark standards or national legal requirements (whichever is higher). Overtime is voluntary and paid.
Working hours must comply with local and national laws and no workers work more than 48 hours per week.
