Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager across Paid Social, Paid Search and Display
- Support with the analysis of campaign performance to ensure we are in line with KPIs and hitting our growth targets.
- Assist with the development of our international Paid Search strategy (Search and Shopping) ensuring spend is optimised for ROI.
- Optimise product titles in our shopping feeds.
- Monitor customer journey to improve and streamline marketing efforts.
- Keep track of stock levels and ad creative.
- Work closely with our paid media agencies to drive performance across Google / Facebook.
- Upload creative assets for our agencies to utilise.
- Adopt a test and learn creative approach across all channels to drive performance.

- Plan creative briefs for our design team whilst adhering to the brand guidelines.
- Produce essential reports for data-driven decision making.

Purpose:
To work as part of the existing Design team to help deliver a beautiful ethically made and commercially viable range that reflects the brand values and meets company objectives
Key Responsibilities
Design support
- Assisting the existing Design team with workload and administration.
- To artwork full repeat prints, placement prints, embroideries and appliques. Using adobe illustrator to create clear, accurate and detailed art working information for our factories.
- Be part of developing the seasonal mood boards, colour palette, big ideas and innovation for each season through research of on-going and future trends, competitor benchmarking and colour analysis.
- Provide creative support during the product development process by assessing strike offs, samples and updating design documents where necessary.
- Keep the colour library swatches in order and make sure product development have all the correct swatches to send to our suppliers each season.
- Ensure all range overviews are accurately updated.
- Ensure records, department spreadsheets and style files are kept up to date.
- Follow critical path to ensure all deadlines are met and progress visible company wide.
- Allocate new product codes, descriptions, and barcodes in agreed format.
Supplier communication and sample control
- Assist suppliers to manage their design packs, strikes off and approvals.
- Coordinate between the supplier, Buying, Product Development and Garment Tech teams to ensure products are delivered as specified.
- Assist the Garment Tech Team in checking and approving samples as required.
- Assist Buying and Product Development to develop new suppliers, cross cost and re-source products where necessary, to meet the manufacturing needs of the growing product range.
- Help manage the Sample storage and Gold Seals for QC.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and ensure that all product information is communicated in a clear, concise fashion. Ensure the suppliers are aware of their next steps in the development process and the timelines involved.
- Ensure that Suppliers deliver Design’s vision and follow Tech and Design Pack instructions.
- Support the team in all administrative tasks to aid progression of products and supply chain.
Base and Bulk Fabric
- Work with Product development to review the seasonal fabric selections and help coordinate all new base fabric and testing; ensuring that base fabric approval is complete before the production of red seal samples.
- Maintain base fabric records and samples.
- Follow up with suppliers for bulk fabric approvals.
- Check bulk fabrics are to design, technical specifications and pass required testing.
- Keep trackers up to date. Communicate with Buying team on any potential delays.
- Work to the company critical path to ensure deadlines are met.
General responsibilities

Purpose:
This role will assist in the daily management of the Frugi website. Working closely with marketing, graphics and product teams to play a key part in setting up new product launches and promotions, championing on-site tasks like merchandising and continuously improving the customers journey through the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Briefing in website and product content to our creative team.
- Uploading assets onto the site for product, category pages and homepages.
- Ensuring the quality of all assets on the site to develop a first in class user experience.
- Optimising existing product and category content to improve conversion rates.
- Support the running of our twice yearly sample sales as required, from handover of sample products from our product team, briefing in photography to our creative team, preparing product copy and uploading to the website.

- Merchandising the website to promote products and product ranges depending on seasonal business goals and weekly trade meetings.
- Assisting customer services with any website queries or issues, raising these as tickets with our web development team where applicable.

Role title: Junior Graphic Designer - 12 Months Maternity Leave (Celtic & Co)
Role:
Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs for our email channel and social ads, as well as supporting the wider graphic team with product photography and other design work.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities include:
Digital Design:
- Assisting the E-commerce team with the design of emails within a template format, web banners and category images, designing to a brief supplied by the team.
- Design and delivery of digital display ads from an in-house brief to agreed deadlines and specifications.
Product Imagery:
- Supporting the in-house photographer with cut out photography, by prepping and styling samples
- Removing backgrounds and editing imagery that will be used as a product selling image for purchasing online
- Supporting with the upload of imagery assets to consignment partners, ensuring the assets are saved in the correct size and labelled as required. Maintaining a good knowledge of the most up to date photography assets to ensure the correct imagery is being used.

Work experience & qualification requirements

Role title: Customer Order Fulfillment Assistant – Fixed Term Contract Until 31/01/2025 (Celtic & Co)
The role:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the Warehouse team with the fulfilment of customer orders providing exceptional service and quality of work.
- You will assist with the picking and packing of orders, goods-in, stock replenishment and the unpacking and processing of customer returns.
- You will use a mobile handheld device to accurately pick and sort customer orders.
- The role will include using step ladders and lifting boxes of stock (up to 15kg)
- You will achieve the daily performance target for the task and work to deadlines.
- Shifts are usually between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
- During periods of high sales warehouse team has to vary it’s working pattern in order to meet the needs of our customers. This may include working overtime and working on a Saturday.
This is a fixed term contract that will end on 31st of January 2025. It may be possible to offer an extension or a permanent position to suitable candidates following a review before the contract end date.
The candidate:
- Will have a level of fitness capability for the regular lifting of 15kg boxes on and off shelving and the use of step ladders.
- Will have experience performing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Elements of Role:
- On a weekly basis, the Factory Manager will direct you to your area within the factory to ensure that the work in progress through the factory is kept at a constant level. On occasions, you may be required to change roles part way through the week to cover absence or spike in orders.
- Once assigned to your area, you should ensure that you are in regular contact with the appropriate team leader for daily work load targets, and to keep up-to-date with any new work-methods and systems.
- You should record all work achieved on daily work sheets provided, at all times ensuring urgent orders are prioritised and handled without any unnecessary delay, and any non-barcode work is accurately annotated on your work sheet. You should scan all your barcodes onto the factory IT system at the end of each working day.
- Within each team, you are responsible for:
When assigned to the glue room:
- Prep soles and glue and finish footwear to company standards to ensure products are safely processed to agreed targets and within the agreed quality standards in accordance with departmental policy; Assist with any deliveries, checking for quality & counting in against all delivery notes, highlighting inconsistencies to the Factory Manager.
When assigned to the checking team:
- Accurately check the quality of goods produced by the factory or goods imported from outside, processing all work within agreed targets and to the quality standards in accordance with departmental policy; Apply metal work to products as required; Maintain accurate records of all items checked and delivered to the warehouse
When assigned to the cutting team:
- Accurately cut out sheepskin products as agreed with the Factory Manager, including (but not limited to) slippers, mules and fluffies, ensuring at all times that sheepskin usage is maximised to its full, waste is kept to a minimum and quality standards are maintained at all times; Glue insoles as required; Assist with deliveries, checking for quality & suitability, counting in against all delivery notes, highlighting inconsistencies to the Factory Manager.
- Work with the Factory Management Team on your personal training & development needs in order to effectively carry out roles as described above. This may include, but not be limited to, learning to work with the Eastman Cutting Knife and Hot Notcher.
- Provide assistance in the warehouse during quiet factory periods and where necessary assist with any warehouse relief to help ensure smooth dispatch levels are maintained.
- Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
- Ensure all waste is kept to a minimum and where possible rubbish is recycled using all the appropriate bins
