Job Purpose:
We’re seeking a talented Multi-Product Designer, to create beautifully crafted, sustainable womenswear across a wide range of categories, from soft separates through to structured outerwear. Inspired by our British heritage, we are looking for an innovative visionary to build from this and to help grow our brand. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Designer to join the product team, who can navigate the ever-changing landscape of fashion.
Responsibilities:
Research and have a thorough knowledge of current trends.
Create seasonal theme boards and colour palettes that draw from our rich heritage of timeless designs, whilst evolving the brand to incorporate more contemporary and ageless inspiration.
Research both aspirational brands and competitors in the womenswear market, understanding our USP, whilst highlighting any missed opportunities.
Create comprehensive sourcing boards to send out to suppliers.
Build and manage fabric, trim and spec libraries.
Action samples in a timely manner, liaising with Suppliers to ensure that deadlines and the critical path are adhered to.
Manage the product from design development through to production, working closely with the product teams to mitigate any production and costing issues.
Build strong relationships with both long and short lead suppliers, pre-empting any challenges.
Travel nationally and internationally for both inspiration and development trips.
Present and communicate seasonal boards, colour palettes and designs to the wider team.
Work closely with the product teams and garment tech to fit the collections, ensuring that quality, fit and design are at the heart of every piece.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
Experience of developing brand appropriate print, with an understanding of colourways, scale and technique.
Experience working across both short and long lead suppliers.
Able to create comprehensive technical packs for all product categories.
Have a good understanding of fit and garment construction, fabric and trims, with an understanding of quality and finish for higher priced garments.
Be able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills
A minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in womenswear design.

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per year (dependant on experience)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Customer Analytics to lead our customer insights and analytics function. This role is pivotal in shaping data-driven decision-making across marketing, e-commerce and merchandising teams. You will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour, optimising personalisation strategies, and enhancing customer lifetime value through actionable insights.
Reporting: Group Head of Digital the responsibilities of the role are:
• Develop our group analytics framework, combining multiple data sources into a solution that provides fast, actionable insight.
• Lead data-driven insights across marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalised shopping experiences.
• Work with the commercial teams to uncover value creating opportunities, using data,
analysis and modelling to underpin the overall commercial financial plan
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to translate insights into business strategies.
• Develop a Marketing Mix Model to help us improve the efficiency of our marketing spend.
• Drive our print catalogue marketing strategy through strategic customer selection, close collaboration with our mailing partners and data driven decision making on mailing frequency and creative.
• Build and maintain marketing optimization tools, interactive dashboards, and process
automation to support and scale our marketing efforts.
• Use advanced analytics techniques, including AI/ML, to drive personalization and improve customer experience.
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Present and communicate CRM progress to stakeholders at Group CEO and Brand Managing Director’s and board level.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior customer analytics role, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing an analytics team.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and personalization strategies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM analytics, and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions
