What Makes It Great:

- Elasticated back for a great fit
- Flat-seams for extra comfort
- This hat will provide protection against solar ultraviolet radiation and conforms to BS 8466 (applies to babies over 6 months only)
- Handy hanging loop
- PLEASE NOTE: If used regularly, or for long periods of time, in chlorinated water the bright colours could fade and damage to the fabric might occur – please remember to rinse me thoroughly with fresh water after use.

To prolong the life of this garment we recommend you:
- Dry garment away from direct heat and sunlight
- Always rinse in fresh water after use
- Do not store in a damp condition
- Avoid rough surfaces
PLEASE NOTE:
- Sun exposure causes skin damage
- The hat will only provide protection to areas directly covered by the hat and, to a lesser extent, areas shaded from the sun. Shaded areas of the face and neck and other exposed areas of the body should be protected by a high factor sun cream
- The hat does not replace the use of sunscreen. Always apply a high factor sunscreen
- Protect babies - they are particularly vulnerable. Stay in the shade between 11 am and 3 pm
- Keep babies out of the sun

The hat looks great and fits well. But as I baby wear I find I have to have the visor up and as baby shuffles her head it makes the hat spin and slip. It's fallen off a few times. Once she gets bigger I'm sure it won't be an issue.
Runs small and also where the elastic is doesn't fit right on the head. Nice material

Not a great hat. Far too tight elastic round the head. My 18month couldn't wear the 2-4year one. Ended up gifting it to a friend- her daughter is also 18months, 50th centile, and the hat fits snugly.

Perfect match with our swimsuit!
My little girl loves these hats from Frugi and they stay on really well floating around in the sea. They do come up a little small though as they need to be quite snug I guess. My little one is 2 with a pretty normal size head and outgrew her 1-2 size hat this year and is now on 3-4.
