Really disappointed with the customer service from frugi. I measured my daughter's feet and insoles for the shoe, but in spite of my best efforts these came up ludicrously large. Customer service was really unhelpful - admitting that their generic size guide was unreliable, declining to make an exchange, and leaving me to pick up three sets of delivery costs to get a pair that (hopefully) fits.

Purchased for my granddaughter who is extremely fussy about her feet and will not wear anything that is hard. These were instantly comfortable and she loves them. She had previously been in soft trainers for two years but with colder wetter weather we needed something more robust. A real success "
