In my opinion the Rain or Shine Jacket and Trousers run a little narrow. They are definitely long enough. But narrow. My son turned 3 just a few days ago. Size 4-5 is too small for him. The jacket and trousers are long enough. But the jacket is small in the armpit / shoulder area, and the trousers are narrow in the hip area and not comfortable for him to sit in."
