Dispatch Times
We’ll always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please allow for the following processing time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse:
- Express Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders the same working day where possible. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to leave our warehouse.
- Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, so orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the next working day. For example, an order placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until Monday.
Please note that the delivery times shown are in addition to our dispatch time.
International orders: Once dispatched from our warehouse, international orders are sent to our international shipping partner before continuing on to their destination. This additional step means tracking may take a little longer to update while your parcel is being transferred between facilities.
