Excited? Us too. Standard UK delivery is £3.95, or FREE over £60, and usually arrives within 3–5 working days. Need it sooner? Next working day delivery is available for £10.95 (order before 3pm, Mon–Fri). All UK orders are tracked.
Not quite right? No worries. Return full-price items within 30 days, or sale items within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. You’ll just need to cover the return postage. Once it’s back with us, we’ll refund you within 10 days. We don’t offer exchanges.

Was really looking forward to wearing this dress to match the dress I’ve bought my daughter… But sadly it does not fit very well! I followed the size guide on the website, and based on the information I should have fit in my regular size with plenty of room. When receiving the dress, I tried it on and found the sizing to be weird. I found that the dress was too tight on the bust area, almost popping open whilst the straps and back are baggy. I pulled the dress down, moved it around on my body to see it would fit better but the same problem. The bust area was sitting weird. So if you’ve got a bigger bust, I would not even bother considering this dress.
I think the size guide should have a lot more information about each garment - as I’ve just been informed over email: ‘the fit can vary depending on the style, material and cut of each item.‘ So why use a general guide if it isn’t going to match up to each garment??
I will be returning this dress and unfortunately losing money to do this. And if you are unfamiliar with Frugi, yes they expect you to pay to send products back.

Cute and flaterinf dress
Beautiful dress in excellent Frugi quality. Lovely and airy and perfect for summer. It feels nice on, soft cotton and great to be wearing all natural materials. I am a 14-16 and this dress in 14 is still a bit roomy but ideal for letting some air circulate.
