Caring For Your Frugi
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and soap. If required, a gentle machine wash on a delicate cycle can be done periodically.
- Hang to dry, do not tumble dry.
- Avoid overloading your backpack to help maintain the shape and strength of the straps and zip.
- Ensure your backpack is completely dry before storing.

Excited? Us too. Standard UK delivery is £3.95, or FREE over £50, and usually arrives within 3–5 working days. Need it sooner? Next working day delivery is available for £10.95 (order before 3pm, Mon–Fri). All UK orders are tracked.
Not quite right? No worries. Return full-price items within 30 days, or sale items within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. You’ll just need to cover the return postage. Once it’s back with us, we’ll refund you within 10 days. We don’t offer exchanges.
