Refund policy
Here at Frugi we want you to be happy when you receive your order, but we know now and then you may wish to send something back.
United Kingdom
If you wish to return something please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for full-price items and 14 days of receipt for sale items. Please return items in the same condition you found them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached.
If a bundle product was purchased, please ensure all items within the bundle are returned together.
We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We recommend retaining proof of postage when sending your item(s) back.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the returned products. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received, although during busy periods this may take a little longer.
Please note: we do not issue exchanges, only refunds.

Faulty Items
All our garments go through rigorous quality control testing. If you’re unhappy with the quality of an item, please contact Customer Services with photos of the fault at info@welovefrugi.com and we'll be in touch with further instructions.
Please clearly state why the item is faulty and include your name, order number or account number, and contact email.
Once received, our garment technicians will assess the item. If deemed faulty, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the item is not deemed faulty, we will contact you to arrange its return.
Please note: damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered faulty.
